Strychine 60MHz
Strychnine is a complex molecule and its spectra are useful for demonstrating resolution and sensitivity for an NMR instrument. These spectra were acquired in a relatively short period of time and without the need for resolution enhancement or complex manipulation to achieve these results.

1H NMR spectrum of strychnine 4 mg in 0.5 mL CDCl3 with 0.03% TMS, 0.2 Hz LB signal enhancement, acquisition time ca. 2 minutes.

1H-{1H} COSY NMR spectrum of strychnine 4 mg in 0.5 mL CDCl3 with 0.03% TMS, 4 scans per t1 256 x 1024 data matrix acquisition time was about 90 minutes.
